    It's definitely sunny in Cape Town (Camps Bay, to be precise - where the sunny bits were filmed) as this video came out. Nice commercial KLM!

    One of my favourite Carriers and always achieving greatness. give ample time if flight has been xxld and within a few hours was able to rebook due to storm PIA :)

    DAY-4 still waiting to resolve my complaint..no response from the airline.
    About complaint Mumbai counter staff
    - Mumbai counter staff behaviour, mentally harrasment, abused me on public area, rude behaviour, talking with me imprisonment way. Improper knowledge.
    Problem not allowed me to boarding,:
    Dur to improper knowledge of counter staff they are not allowed me for boarding..they wants to me return ticket with same PNR for Mumbai to ECUADOR travelling..there is no rules to required return ticket with same PNR or return ticket is required for traveling bomay to ECUADOR due to i have multiple entry visa for ecuador..even in website of KLM Dutch also mentioned that return ticket/ onwards ticket is required so I told to counter staff I m ready with return tickets for ECUADOR..but he insist me (perticular Mumbai manager and Mr vansh,) required same PNR return ticket..no where written that return ticket with same PNR required to travelling to Mumbai to ECUADOR.even after showing reply from Philippines office there is not requirement of return tickets..after showing all proof at Mumbai counter. They are not allowing to me for boarding..

    - Mumbai counter staff behaviour, mentally harrasment, abused me on public area, rude behaviour, talking with me imprisonment way. Improper knowledge.

    Your check in staff unacceptable behaviour at mubai airport. they are unprofessional, rude talk with all customers.if you really want us to travel through your airline you need to remove all staff from the Mumbai airport.i m aware you about your staff behaviour. and talked with me very rudely.. and she told me don't argue with me.i required same PNR return ticket..if you don't have same pnr return ticket so go to home..this is the attitude of your Mumbai airport manger..then she told me talk with his junior name is vansh.i discussed with her junior regarding same matter. I told him please show me the rules to the required same PNR return ticket for the ECUADOR..he showed me the rules and on your website mentioned that a return ticket is required not mention that same PNR return ticket is required. So he told me our manager said like this you required same PNR return ticket so you must be show same PNR return ticket. And finally your staff not allowed to me for bord a flight. I think your Mumbai airport staff having MORE POWER ThEN YOUR COMPANY mr Benjamin Smith. Now I your staff is mentally harassment , abused to me . Talking with me unprofessional way. And work against to rule..so this things is never forgiven.
    I required full refund from the your company.your staff did misbehave with me at public place.. they were mentally harassment with me for 7 hours. And I have your staff video also. I will viral this video to all social media so the public is also aware about your airline service and airline staff behaviour..I already did police complaints against your staff for mentally harrasment.

    - then after I agree with return ticket so told me return ticket with same PNR required.
    - there is no rules return mentioned in website or any whare return ticket with same PNR required.
    - I asked her to show me rule in written where it's mentioned return ticket with same PNR required for traveling to Mumbai to ECUADOR.
    - she failed to show me written proofs
    - then I told to her with due respect if your are not able to show me proof so you need to allow me for board and if you are not allowed me board so please give me reason on writing by mail. She told me we don't have right for written.
    - finally I take video recording of your staff @ mumbai airport (leter I will viral) name of staff is Mr ansh he physical attack to me in public place.
    - I do video recording because they are dined to me reason of boarding in writing so I didn't have any options for proof.
    What is my acceptation:.
    Remove all these staff including leady manager from mumbai airport because her attitude is not forgiveness. He personally targets me and is not allowed to me on boarding., Mentally harrasment and physical attack by Mr ansh
    -i required full refund and compensation from KLM airline for mentally harrasment, for physical attack by KLM staff, and abused me in front of public area.
    Please give me a final reply if your airline will not help me for this matter so I ready for legally with proof.

    Dear all please note that THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE FLYING WITH THIS TYPE OF AIRLINES. FROM 6 DAYS THEY ARE FAILED TO GIVE ME UPDATE.
